I think maybe you have had one too many cuos of coffe this morning :-) I'm not trying to get people here to do my work, just tell me if what I am trying to do can be made to work, or if I have to go back to version 9 that I _know_ works.

Looks like you are saying that I _can_ make XE (version 10 ?) work. Recognize that I don't do Oracle for a living, just ocasionaly try to keep things working, so I really am not familar with all the latest versions.

As to searching the web site you pointed me to (and thanks for the pointer), so fr, I've managed to get as far as "Action: Please refer to documentation for more details. for further dtails"

Wolud it be possible for you to narrow down "the documntation" a bit, so I don't have to read the whole manual?
