First of all: please do not top-post.

Secondly: if I search for FAQ in this group, I get 2920 hits, with the two FAQs available as first two URLs, so I think your assertion you got only 1 hit is hard to believe, very hard. The FAQ at Jonathan Lewis site has been set up as FAQ for this group, and this post is regularly repeated.
If you consider this to be insufficient, I would suggest you take over to repost it regularly, or to repost it regularly in a form you consider to be the official FAQ.
If you take this up, I am assured this wouldn't reduce the number of RTFM questions at all.
