Nothing but the reference in Jonathan Lewis' SIG comes up, and this is a link to an offsite FAQ, not one pertaining to the group itself - is this the one you mean?

If there is a regularly posted FAQ, then you're correct that I'm not aware of it. Please indicate the title of this FAQ, or something that can be keyed on in a search phrase, so the group can be reminded of its contents.
