I do agree that some people can be lazy and expect others to do their work for them. However, often times, employers are expected to cut costs rapidly. They throw more responsibility onto people and put them into areas that they have no prior experience. They expect employees to spend xx amount of hours on top of the 50 - 80 hours their already putting in to learn additional responsibilities. And at the same time, keep an impossible deadline. I wouldn't be quick to judge that someone is not in this position as I have been one of those people.
