How to start learning a Ora 9i DatawareHouse.

Hello DBA's and DB Experts,

I invite suggestions from DBA's and experts to share their lifetime expiriences regarding how learning could be enhanced and what areas should i start with.what methodology should i adopt as i have never been into implementation and never set up small env.But being passionate i can grasp things and implement..but i'm in dilemma where to start ..what areas should i look into... for the past 3 months i've been reading lot of articles/books but not able to draft a plan..

I would request all DBA's and experts to come forward with their suggestions and advices regarding the Dataware house and Business Intelligence.

I'd workd on very small database of few gigs that too was of a very small org where my part was dealing with backup and recovery.tuning is new to me..no idea of Ux Administration..

Please have round of queries and suggestions.
