You've read lots of books and lots of articles and are having problems understanding which avenue to explore next...if I get the central theme of your post correctly. But then you ask a generic question on drafting a plan. Unfortunately, the only response you will get is a very generic answer. The answer will be more along the lines of "read this book" or "read this article". So I'd say that you are along the correct path already. If you have a specific question, then someone will be able to answer that. But if you have an open-ended question, you will only receive a standard, open-ended answer.
