Naturally Oracle doesn't support third party tools. And the use of third party tools to replicate Oracle databases, to my knowledge, has never invalidated Oracle support - not even when replicating Oracle Apps. In fact, Oracle contacted Quest's CTO at large Eyal Aronoff for requirements for what could be added to the redo logs to better support replication. The results are included in what we now call Supplemental Logging.
