9i Client Re-Install Question

Oracle9i Client 9.2.0.1.0./Windoz (with Patch 9.2.0.6.0) Oracle Home name: OraHome92

Never had to re-install Client until now.... Some fool only installed basic Client without the Utilities

Is this the proper way in 9i to either add client components or re-install:
* Launch OUI

For "Destination", specify CURRENT Oracle Home name and Home path (like this http://i5.tinypic.com/14ahis3.jpg)
Pick Intsall Type .....
After completion apply "Patch 9.2.0.6.0"

Is this right ?
