By anyone, anytime, anywhere, from any system ... how secure such a system must be. Oh, and you're doing this via email, no less ... yet more network traffic to compete with the spam...

Yes, it solves the "problem" of security (there is none), it solves the "problem" of access (everyone and his dog can access and alter data) and it solves the "problem" of data integrity (there is none). What more could one ask of a solution in dire need of a problem?
