Shared volume groups and logical volumes have been created. I have also started gsd on both nodes before running DBCA. Do I really need to start the listeners on both nodes before running DBCA? DISPLAY environment variable is ok. I did not set DBCA_RAW_CONFIG environment variable - I think this is fine as I manually entered the raw device name for each data file/control file/redo log.
