Yes. Fortunately, you can probably make use of Oracle's new Instant Client (see the download area and the docco at http://www.oracle.com/technology/tech/oci/instantclient/instantclient.html)

Or you could consider using Oracle's HTML-DB to eliminate the need for Access and the need to support all those client machines <g>
