Those are all good ideas.
I don't have another machine to use for Oracle. I can check on more memory and also another machine, but I need to put in an IT request and get the slow wheels turning.. it'll take awhile. I disabled 4 of th 6 services. Unfortunately I frequently need 2 the same day, so I'll be running into some situations where I need to have 2 bump into each other.. at least the startups will be staggared.

Any other thoughts on how else to tune/modify the SGA or anything else.
