This is just an issue of not doing RTFM. It is well known for a fact all Windows users never read anything, never search Google, and never adhere to Netiquette, which is all because all Windows users are born lazy and made lazy by Bill Gates and his accomplishes. Oracle works. Windows never will be a proper O/S.
