hello,
what's best way to get up to speed on working with the application server? 10g
there's so much ground to cover!

reports, web portal, building applications, etc.

I recall seeing a class at univ. of washington last year, but now I don't see it there anymore. I've looked at several universities but most of them refer you to the crash course places like new horizons. I hate those places! they are pretty much useless for heavy, high-level training/learning.

I really liked the idea of univ. of wash., but now it's not there anymore. So, I guess you can read the f***ing manuals. But for this stuff I really like the classroom setting.

Any suggestions?
