I'd be inclined to move it as the best thing one could probably do to that app is make is top functioning. Followed by finding a better vendor and installing their product in its place.

The fascinating thing about those vendor-neutral types is that while advocating "vendor neutrality" what they are really doing is covering up for a willingness to invest in customizing for multiple platforms to leverage strenghts and minimize weaknesses. It isn't about technology it is actually about pinching development pennies. Something the vendor might like to do but exactly where does the customer come off being benefited by mediocrity?
