You don't want 9.0.1 anymore its old. Try perhaps WBEL white box enterprise linux its a clone of RH Enterprise 3 along with 9.2.0.1 download from oracle.

Then patch oracle eventually to 9.2.0.4 or 9.2.0.5

Lots of good linux install doc on web think its www.puschitz.com
