ok...
this sorta puts me back at square one!
WHY would I develop and do all that on a platform that is in need of some PATCH called patch 13? How do I know about this patch 13? Well, they tell you as you are about to download it that you need the patch.

Is this patch just a way to control that the developmental system stays developmental?
