if you outside the whole department, he sure can. companies have started doing that.

true, but even some jobs leaving hurts the market. Most Oracle people dont do training.

huge demand for people with clearances. one place americans are safe.

id argue that most technical people dont either.

Ive found that many Indians speak English better than most Americans. Most Indians Ive met learn english in what 2nd grade? Plus many other languages.

I saw an article on CNN about this. Supposedly the average yearly salary in India is about $500/month. The average entry level IT job is now paying $550/month. They are getting what they pay for. Its almost like offering a 22 year old $200,000/year in the US.

Jitendra-- before you yell 'racism', you do realize this is costing tons of Indians in the US their jobs as well? Also, if your gonna yell racism get your government to change labor laws so its legal for American IT workers to go over and work in India. We let Indians come here to work and you dont let us go their to work?
