You are supported providing you have Extended Maintenance Support (EMS). This means you can still get one off fixes for critical problems providing you have purchased EMS from Oracle. You also have to be on the latest patchsets for both the client and server to receive this support. ie. 9.2.0.1.0 Client and 8.0.6.3 Server.
