Assuming you have about 3 GB of internal memory and more than one CPU,
you should first install the 9iAS 9.0.2.0.1 infrastructure in one
ORACLE_HOME,
then a midtier install in another home, install IFS there as well.
Then install the OID 9.0.2.2 patch, then the 9iAS 9.0.2.2 patch, both in infrastructure Oracle Home. Also install the 9iAS 9.0.2.2 patch into your midtier Oracle Home. The IFS configuration assistant will prompt you which credential store to use, choose OID.

Oh - if you have multiple CPUs you may need to start NT with the /onecpu switch before starting the install, this is documented on Metalink.
