Once again thanks but it is not a source I can properly make accessible to students and it would violate Oracle's
license terms to copy the material for students.

I use these sources, myself, to prepare materials, but would really like a publicly accessible source of this material (and previously unstated ... without having to invest the time to build it myself). Perhaps I will have to invest the time a do
my own treatment of the material.
