can I install oracle9i on solaris 9???

Does anybody have any experience about installing oracle9i(9.2.0.1 64bit
version) on solaris9?? Is it any problem?? Becoz it prompt a error about out
of memory when creating and starting a oracle instance in Database
Configuration Assistant, I donno it cannot run on solaris9 or I did sth
wrong.
