Hello

I have problem when I set: log_archive_dest_2='LOCATION=\\test\';

Remote box name: test, win2k
Local box: win2k, oracle 9i

What I've done:

1. Created same OS account on local box with adminstrator priviledge.
2. Created same Oracle account with DBA priviledge.
3. Changed oracle service logon username to the one I created above.
I was able to map the remote box as a local drive.

But I kept getting error message:

ORA-09291: sksachk: invalid device specified for archive destination
OSD-04018: Unable to access the specified directory or device.
O/S-Error: (OS 5) Access is denied.

Any help would be highly appreciated,
