I bet that you haven't. I bet you now have 2 accounts LOCAL\ORACLEACCOUNT and TEST\ORACLEACCOUNT. If you were doing this the appropriate account to use would be a domain account and not a local one.

For the reasons that Sybrand specifies I'd strongly suggest that you either reconsider this scheme OR make archive destination 2 optional.
