impact aix 4.3.3. upgrade on oracle 7.3.4?

Hi,

Two questions:

A)
Does anyone have experience with recompiling an aix 4.3.3. 32 bit kernel to aix 4.3.3 64 bit kernel while running oracle 7.3.4 32 bit?

What will be the impact on the Oracle system?

Apart from full database and rootvg backups, do i have to take any precautions in order to still have oracle running (keeping it 32 bit!) after the upgrade?
