Hmmm.. The only way I know to get patches is to get a support contract. The cheapest way that could be done is to buy Oracle Std Ed for 10 users (it's the minimum, I think), and buy a support pack for that.

If you do buy it, I'd go through a reseller and not through Oracle salespeople. They are savage when ti comes to gettting you to buy the most expensive thing they can.
