Umm this may sound stupid but...

We are using the Oracle Developers Edition. We downloaded it from the website. AFAIK we do not have a csi to gain access to the Metalink section of the website. Is there anyother place I can gain access to the latest patch for the server? Can I get a csi with only the developers edition?

Sorry if this sounds thick, but I haven't made much progress so I figured I might as well ask.
