Question about read-only snapshot

Hi,

   I setup some read-only snapshots in my database, and I´m using replication with primary key option. I have a question about it :

Do I need to create primary keys on all tables that use fast refresh? If the table doesn´t have a PK, the only option is to use complete refresh?

    I´m using Oracle 8.1.7.
