Can you log into the dB locally using user/pwd and using user/pwd_at_alias
via sqlplus.  Can you connect internal using svrmgl with no password
locally?  Send me you init.ora, listener.ora, tnsnames.ora on the linux
box and tnsnames.ora on the windows box.
