Hi,
I've found no way to prevent the installation of these files, but you can
remove some of them:
- assistents/dbca/templates are sort of compress offline backups of demo
databases. Just remove those files.
- demo contains demos - you don't really need them, so remove. - oow_annotator.mov is kind of demo movie, remove this file. - ctx/* is intermedia stuff, may be required.BTW: Things are getting (slightly) better on 9i Rel.2.
One of the most disk space requiring tool is the Enterprise Manager (>300M). I usually remove it using the OUI.
Usually, a installation contains ~1G.
