Better reread the OP. I asked if it was. I didn't state it was. But as said before given all the problems I've found in it every time I try to push it beyond the simplest of tasks, I will not use it for anthing but the simplest of tasks. It has proven over and over that that's all it can handle.

But at least it gets the DDL correct. It screws up on grants and datafile sizes. You are wrong again (I am amazed that anyone would believe anything you say on any Oracle topic at this point).

Wrong again Mr. know-it-all. TAR was opened before you and your ego the size of Texas ever jumped in. And BTW when I spoke to OTS they agreed that these things *ARE* problems. Of course I'm sure you still think you know more than they do. People with egos as big as yours are never wrong, are they?

Better take your own advice. What do you call this post that I am replying too.

Which is important only in your own mind. Nobody else gives a hoot. If you want to play in a public forum you'd better brush up on your social skills. In that area you are completely inept. You wouldn't believe the number of private replies I've gotten from others who can't stand you either. My bet is it would be easier to count those who can than those who can't.

My "rant" has little do to with IMP/EXP and more to do with an egotistical asshole who thinks he's better than everyone else but in reality doesn't know his ass from a hole in the ground. Better hope I am never in an audience where you are speaking. I will put you on the spot and make sure to humiliate you publicly just as you try to do to others. It would be good for you to be knocked down a few notches, and it wouldn't be hard after reading your posts and seeing your limited practical knowledge.
