Hi Sirirut,

You haven't given us much to go on.

I suggest having a good look at the contents of v$system_event (joined with v$event_name) and v$sysstat (joined with v$statname). See what are causing the waits and any suz stats.

My stab in the dark (hmmm, where will I put my 2 cents). I know. Have you got the database in archivelog mode but you haven't started the ARC0 process ?
