First, I believe in conducting business with respect. Many of the replies are simply unnecessary. If you don't have something constructive to answer, then please just don't reply.

Next, as we all are aware of, the Oracle documentation is not for the weak of heart. There might be vague descriptions in the Concepts manual, where in the Utilities manual there is a full explanation. Directing a poster with the generic statement "RTFM" might fulfill YOUR emotional state, however this is not being helpful. It would be more appropriate to actually give a link to the document.

When I post a question, I hope to be treated with respect, and that anyone who has constructive information will respond.

Furthermore, on a personal note: We live in a very small world, and your actions and behavior on this newsgroup are being recorded into the archives for prosperity. Think about it --- and its ramifications on your employment future!
