This is the bug I ran into and I don't believe it is a Bill problem. It is allegedly fixed in an 8.1.7 patchset and doesn't apparently exist in 8.0. I can't therefore believe that it is a MS problem but an Oracle bug. FWIW it also has an Oracle bug number.
