PL/SQL package help

i had installed  oracle 8.1.6 on solaris 2.8.  now i meet a
problem,that is I can't find DBMS_LOGMNR and   DBMS_LOGMNR_D
package.In $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/admin ,file  like dbmslog*.sql can't be
founded.I don't how to install it,please help me.
