Yup.  There are quite a few sys queries on Toad that return very weird
results and recommendations.  Particularly if you are running PQ and
PP.  Due for review, IMHO.  Then again, Quest doesn't seem to be too
keen on doing it.  Might as well open the darn thing and let people
put in their own set of queries!
