TIPS: install all oracle binaries in one ORACLE_HOME for each database you want to run. Then you can patch/upgrade one without affecting all the others. Then you dont get a catch 22 with software aaa version 5 can only run on xxx.y.z but shelfware bbb isn't certified, only on ggg.k.p Else there is no problems running many versions/database simul. on one box as long there is (fitting number) of disks and memory to use. /Svend Jensen Received on Thu Feb 21 2002 - 12:24:40 CST
