Installing Enterprise Manager - to control Sun Server & Win NT

I am trying to install OEM to control my DB's on a Sun Server - and a
Window NT Server.  Could someone please tell me the steps I need to
set this up.  I am running Enterprise Edition on both servers, and
will be installing the OEM console on my PC (Win 98).  Any hints/tips
or web site documentation would be appreciated... ( I have already
checked Metalink - but haven't found anything specific...)
