Well, I can tell you that the login to OMS is 'sysman/oem_temp', not any of the ones you mentioned. It's a bunch of services you're connecting to, not a database -so forget all about SYSTEM, SYS or INTERNAL (and forget about INTERNAL anyway).

As for why the service fails to start -I can only hope that you have run the Configuration Assistant to create a repository in another database somewhere first. That's what you are supposed to do, anyway -and that tool will even create you a database in which the repository can be housed if no existing database is considered suitable (and incidentally, it makes no sense to have the repository housed within the database(s) you wish to manage with OEM... most of the functionality will be there if you do, but you won't be able to use OEM to startup and shutdown said database).
