the 2nd problem is :
if the table already exist both on master site and snapshot site, when
you create snapshot at snapshot site, it will error:
ORA-00955: name is already used by an existing object
so you only to drop the table at snapshot site first, then create
snapshot on it. but this is unaccept cause we are a 24X7 website.
