can you post a cut and paste of the entire error stack -- i don't see anything about a ORA-56192

also post things like platform, version, CONDITIONS under which this occurs (eg: we get an ORA-56192 when we connect using sqlplus).

The full cut and paste of the error message is really important (so is the rest though i guess ;)
