ODBC error

I'm trying to connect to an Oracle database through ODBC.
I've tried several different ODBC drivers from the Oracle
website, but keep on getting the following error message:



"The setup routines for the Oracle ODBC driver
could not be loaded due to system error code
182"



Any suggestions as to what the problem is?
