I had 8.1.6 working on Win2K server flawlessly ,so I decided to go to 8.1.7 and I could not get it going, so I tried uninstall , reinstall 8.1.6. no joy.
Finally I reinstalled win2K then 8.1.7 and I am up and running just fine. But what a hassle !!!
