Can you post your initorcl.ora and an example of a slow query with the and its execution plan (create a plan table with the script provided in the docs, just search the doc for plan_table, log in through sqlplus and then set autotrace on and then start your queries) , table scripts and info about the number of recs of tables, indexes and so on.
