Converting from Oracle 8 to Oracle 7?

We developed a database in Oracle 8i and need to deploy it on a
client's 7.3.3 server.  All of our code is compatible with Oracle 7.
How can I get the database and the data to the client easily?  Are the
dbf files of the two versions compatible?
