Try to do this :

(SID_LIST =
(SID_DESC =

    (SID_NAME = ORCL)
  )
(SID_DESC =

    (SID_NAME = PREV)
  )
)

in the SID_LIST_LISTENER section.

you define the alias only in tnsnames.ora file.
