I have an production datatbase which will require a new SID and will require the database to be mounted on three new physical drives U05, U06, U07

I am running Oracle 8.0.5 on Sun Sparc 45) with Solaris 2.6

Oracle is on U01 and the development database mounted on U02, U03, U04 with a unique SID ccp01

Where can I get some step by step directions on setting up a second SID and mounts to the new drives without messing up the existing installation. I have already made a 100% backup - where the reference to Oracle will still be to U01

Any help would be appreciated.
