SERVER-4.11-1586: Loader can not find public symbol: NetDBgethostbyname
SERVER-4.11-1548: Load file referenced undefined public variable.
Module DBSNMP.NLM NOT loaded




this is a 4.11 server running Oracle 7.3.4, when I try to DBSNMP_START from
at the LSNRCTL> prompt , I get the above error.
