This is a recurring question on the newsgroups and is a result of a bug
in the Oracle 8.0.4.0.0 and 8.0.4.0.4 client files, certainly when
using the latest Microsoft ODBC driver (which was built with package
support in mind). 8.0.3 is fine for NT as is 8.0.5
