ORA 12154 with svrmgr23

Hi all

when i use svrmgr23 command line mode i get the error ORA-12154(could not resolve service name).

The point is that the tnsnames.ora contains the right service name because i can connect
with sqlplus with that connect string.

i do the following

set oracle_sid=xxxx
svrmgr23
**ORA-12154 who can help ??
